Participants on the Future in Tech Programme are provided with Career Support Services, focusing on improving the skills needed to become more employable and helping candidates find digital and tech-based jobs that align with their skills, experience and personal goals.
This bespoke offering is created by highly skilled career advisors and includes:
- Identifying career values & aspirations
- Job search strategies
- Personal Progression Plan (PPP) to help your search for employment
- C.V. development
- Mock Interview preparation priming you for real interviews
- Building an online personal brand
These supports will be delivered through online seminars to small cohorts of participants and will run at multiple timepoints in the training calendar. Individual supports will be delivered remotely (via Phone webchat, video conferencing, email etc) on a 1-1 basis, and will include self-reflection and coaching methods.
